At Browlyn, we want you to feel confident with your order. If you are not happy with your physical product, please contact us at infobrowlyn@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Physical Products — Returns & Refunds

To start a return or refund request, email us at infobrowlyn@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please include a clear photo or short video so we can review the issue quickly.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items may be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.

For hygiene and health reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This is standard for cosmetic products applied to the face or body.

If a return is approved for an unused item, the product must be in its original condition and sealed packaging. We will provide return instructions by email.

Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Digital Products — Non-Refundable

Digital products, including the free Browlyn Brow Guide, digital guides, ebooks, courses, or any downloadable content, are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are provided immediately after purchase or checkout, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once access or delivery has been provided.

By accessing or receiving a digital product, you agree that the digital item is delivered immediately and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

EU/EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a physical, unused product within 14 days of delivery.

This right does not apply to opened or used cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons. It also does not apply to digital content where you have agreed to immediate delivery or access.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Receipt / Lost Orders

If your tracking shows no movement, or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at infobrowlyn@gmail.com.

We will investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
